El estado de emergencia social y económico por el confinamiento preventivo en casa en el que se encuentra Colombia, ha exigido al Gobierno y a la sociedad aunar esfuerzos para garantizar a niñas, niños y jóvenes – especialmente los más afectados por el conflicto armado, la pobreza y las economías ilícitas – continuar con su derecho a la educación, ahora fuera del aula.
En ese sentido, el Ministerio de Educación Nacional (MEN) y la Fundación Escuela Nueva Volvamos a la Gente (FEN) suman esfuerzos para fortalecer las habilidades y capacidades de los docentes para hacer frente al nuevo contexto y proporcionar material educativo pertinente y de calidad como herramienta de trabajo.
Se trata de una nueva oportunidad de formación no presencial, abierta a maestros rurales multigrado de educación básica primaria de las instituciones educativas pertenecientes a las Entidades Territoriales Certificadas (ETC) que hacen parte de las subregiones del Programa de Desarrollo con Enfoque Territorial (PDET), que formará en estrategias para la continuidad del proceso educativo de los estudiantes en el contexto de alternancia, mediante la adaptación de herramientas y recursos del modelo Escuela Nueva Activa (ENA).
La convocatoria está dirigida tanto a docentes que han implementado en sus aulas estrategias del modelo ENA, como a aquellos que no han tenido formación previa en él. La formación virtual tendrá una duración aproximada de 16 semanas y comprende el desarrollo de 6 guías virtuales en temas fundamentales para el contexto actual, entre ellas los ambientes de aprendizaje y la organización del trabajo en alternancia, y la evaluación formativa, entre otros. Adicionalmente contempla poner a disposición material de trabajo, el desarrollo de sesiones sincrónicas facilitadas por asesores pedagógicos y microcentros de docentes para la resolución de inquietudes, profundización de conceptos e incorporación de nuevas ideas según la cotidianidad de los participantes.
Los docentes que completen mínimo el 70% de la formación recibirán una certificación / constancia y un (1) juego impreso de Guías de Aprendizaje de (Transición a 5° grado) en las áreas de Lenguaje, Matemáticas, Ciencias Naturales y Educación Ambiental, Ciencias Sociales y Competencias Ciudadanas, Ética y Educación para la paz, y Tecnología.

Screen-reader optimization: we run a background process that learns the website’s components from top to bottom, to ensure ongoing compliance even when updating the website. In this process, we provide screen-readers with meaningful data using the ARIA set of attributes. This includes the ability to navigate the website using the Tab and Shift+Tab keys, operate dropdowns with the arrow keys, close them with Esc, trigger buttons and links using the Enter key, navigate between radio and checkbox elements using the arrow keys, and fill them in with the Spacebar or Enter key.Additionally, keyboard users will find quick-navigation and content-skip menus, available at any time by clicking Alt+1, or as the first elements of the site while navigating with the keyboard. The background process also handles triggered popups by moving the keyboard focus towards them as soon as they appear, and not allow the focus drift outside it.
Users can also use shortcuts such as “M” (menus), “H” (headings), “F” (forms), “B” (buttons), and “G” (graphics) to jump to specific elements.
